Faye Thompson Arcudia

Faye Thompson Arcudia,84,of Oak Hill died Saturday, October 22, 2005 at Raleigh General Hospital, Beckley following a long illness. She was born April 24, 1921 at Killarney, WV, a daughter of the late Grady and Nora Barnes Gunnoe. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Thompson; her second husband, Frank Arcudia and four brothers. She is survived by one daughter, Betty (Tom) Arcudia of Oak Hill; two sons, Johnny (Rhoda) Thompson of Delaware, Ohio; Gary (Cathy) Thompson of Glen Daniels; three sisters, Imogene Acord of Jesse; Susie Salyers of Wise, Virginia, and Jessie Acord of Bolt; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Tuesday, October 25, 2005, at the Tyree Funeral Home Chapel in Oak Hill, WV with Rev. Ronnie Acord officiating. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Oak Hill. Friends may call from 6 until 8 PM Monday, October 24, 2005, at the funeral home.
