Everette Leslie Chafin

Everette Leslie Chafin, Jr. 88, of Oak Hill, WV passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at the Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV.
Born June 22, 1930 in Fayetteville, WV, he was the son of the late Everette Leslie Chafin, Sr. and Theresa Margaret Raubenger Chafin.
Everette graduated from Fayetteville High School and WV Tech with a degree in accounting. He was a retired United States Air Force veteran and worked for Long Airdox until his retirement.
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving and adoring wife, Ann Cook Chafin; three daughters, Theresa Darlyn Jackson, Elizabeth Ann Chafin, and Joanne Janine Ervin; five grandchildren, Kenneth Ervin III, Jeremiah Jensen, Walter Daniel Jensen, Christopher Everett Ervin, and Patrick Cory Ervin; and three great grandchildren, Alexis Nichols, Sherry Elizabeth Jensen, and Andrew Jensen.
Funeral Service will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday, April 18, 2019 at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev. David Sneed and Rev. Sam Blaylock officiating. Burial will follow at Huse Memorial Park in Fayetteville.
Visitation for friends will be one hour prior to service at the funeral home.
