Emory Lorel Newcomb

Emory Lorel Newcomb , 94, of Oak Hill, WV died on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at Heartland of Beckley in Beckley, WV. Born November 21, 1918 at Summers County, WV he was the son of the late James and Ura Martin Newcomb. He was a retired Master Mechanic Mr. Newcomb was a member of the Scarbro Baptist Church and served in the US Army during World War II. His wife, Catherine Davis Newcomb preceded in him death. Survivors include one son, James David Newcomb of Aurora, CO; brother, Delbert Newcomb of Beckley and a sister, Neve Hare of Summers County Mr. Newcomb was cremated. His cremains will be interred at Cunningham Memorial Park in Saint Albans. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
