Emma Jean Weaver Austin, 78, of Scarbro, WV, died Saturday, January 8, 2016 at CAMC Memorial.
Born June 11, 1937 in Pax she was the daughter of the late Edgar and Pearl Hall Weaver.
Emma was was a homemaker.
She was a member of Mount Hope Wesleyan Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Bobbi Stover and husband, Tracy of Oak Hill; a sister, Brenda Hughes, and husband, James; three grandchildren, Tyler, Katlyn and Jeremy Stover; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Austin; two sons, Stephen and Robert Austin; four brothers, Alfred Weaver, Charlie Weaver, Ashby Weaver and Floyd Stover; and by four sisters, Margaret Ruff, Susan Bailey, Annie Smith, and Velma Swigger.
Funeral service will be Monday, January 11, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Tyree Funeral Home, Mount Hope, WV with Rev. Richard Midkiff officiating. Burial will follow at Pax Community Cemetery Friends may call on Monday from noon until service time at the funeral home.
