Elsie Dorine Martin Kelly , 91, of Oak Hill, WV died on Tuesday, July 08, 2014 at Hidden Valley Nursing and Rehab Center in Oak Hill, WV. Born June 22, 1923 at Mullens, WV she was the daughter of the late William and Fannie Martha DeHart Martin. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Phillip King; second husband, Raymond Herbert Kelly; son, Phillip David King; two sisters, Crystal Underwood and Vivian Kelly and brothers, Gary Martin, Elmer Martin, Johnny Martin and Cecil Martin. Survivors include her niece and devoted caregiver, Margaret A. "Margie" Dalton of Oak Hill; two grandchildren, three great grandchildren and several other nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be on Friday, July 11, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev. David Sneed officiating. Burial will be at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Oak Hill.
