Elsie Jane Fisher Mullins

Our dearest mother, grandmother and sister, Elsie Jane Fisher Mullins , 83, of Oak Hill, WV died on Monday, April 14, 2014 at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV. Born July 17, 1930 at Summerlee, WV she was the daughter of the late Homer E. and Estel Mae Blake Fisher. Mrs. Mullins was a retired clerk for Fayette County Magistrate Office. She was a member of the Jones Avenue First Church of God, Oak Hill. Elsie is survived by her loving family which includes four children, Madonna Flint and husband, Terry of Fayetteville, Carolyn Humphreys and husband, Charles of Pittsburgh, PA, Vicki Delaney and husband, Donald of Catlettsburg, KY and Earl William Mullins, Jr. and wife, Amanda of Dothan; two sisters, Margie Jordan of Virginia and Margaret Bays of Florida; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral services will be on Friday, April 18, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Father Roy Gene Crist officiating. Burial will be at Bays Cemetery at Summerlee.
