Ellen Mae Miller Lawson

Ellen Mae Lawson, age 97, of Oak Hill, WV, passed away on Friday, September 27, 2013 at her residence. Born August 11, 1916 at Fayetteville, WV, she was the daughter of the late William Franklin and Nancy Jane Bell Miller. Ellen was a homemaker, creating a loving home for her family. Surviving are her daughter, Mary Lawson McCurdy of Fayetteville, WV, her granddaughter, Olivia Mae DeLung and husband Travis James DeLung and her great grandchildren, Jaidyn Faith DeLung and James Oliver DeLung, all of Fayetteville, WV. Also surviving her brother, Lyle Miller and his wife Lily of Fayetteville, WV also Mrs. Lawson's wishes was no services. A private family entombment will be held at her final resting place at High Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum, Oak Hill, WV. In lieu of flowers any memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Southern WV, P. O. Box 1472, Beckley, WV 25802 or to Bowers Hospice House, 454 Cranberry Drive, Beckley, WV 25801.
