Elizabeth Ann (Bea) Miller, 71, of Oak Hill, WV passed away Friday, August 1, 2014 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV following a short illness.
Born November 15, 1942 at Dothan, West Virginia, Elizabeth was the younger daughter of the late Vernon W. Miller, Sr. and Cordia Pegram Miller.
Surviving are her sister Cora Miller, her brother Vernon Miller, Jr. and his wife Sandy, and her niece Katie Carpenter and her husband Eric.
She was a retired educator with thirty-seven years - five years as a teacher at Meadow Bridge High School and thirty-two as a faculty member at West Virginia Institute of Technology in Montgomery, West Virginia.
Private graveside service was held with Pastor David Sneed at High Lawn Memorial Park.
