Elizabeth Ervin Calvert

Elizabeth Ervin Calvert, 92, of Oak Hill,WV died Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at Hidden Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center following a long illness. Born at Minden, she was the daughter of the late Morris and Minnie Dial Ervin. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Calvert along with her brother Morris Ervin, Jr. and sister Wanda Ward. She had been employed as Grocery Clerk. Elizabeth was a member of Lifebridge Assembly of God , Oak Hill, WV. She also enjoyed sewing and quilting. Survivors include two sons, Larry Calvert of Oak Hill and Charles Todd of Traverse City, MI. one sister, Opal Dixon of Oak Hill;grandchildren, Keri Todd, Jamie Hogerhied, Brad Hogerhied, Charles Todd, Jr. and six great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be 2;00 p.m., Saturday, May 24, 2014 at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill, WV with Rev. Shirlie Watson officiating. Entombment will follow at Highlawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill.
