Edward Eugene Scollick of Fayetteville, W.V. formerly of Toledo, OH. passed away peacefully on September 13, 2017 of natural causes.
He was born on January 31, 1934 and raised in Connersville, IN son of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Scollick
After graduation from Ball State University where he was a member of Sigma Tau Gamma fraternity, he served 2 years in the Army Medical Corp while stationed in Germany. His career encompassed the position of District Manager for Texaco Sales Operations in the Toledo area, Sales representative for Bostitch in a three-state area, and Manager of the Woodville Mall in Toledo for the E.J. Debartolo Company before retiring in 1990. He was active in the Kiwanis Club, Merchants Association and Chamber of Commerce.
Toledo was his home until 2009 when he moved to Fayetteville, W.V. to be near family.
He was preceded in death by a, brother Norman (Virginia) of Arcadia, IN.
Survivors are wife Carol (nee Wachstetter), daughter Jayann Scollick Jones, and grandson Edison Jones, all of Fayetteville, W.V.
Mr. Scollick will be cremated. A private gathering is planned for the family only.
