Edna Viola Hawkins England , 95, of Oak Hill, WV went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 01, 2015 at Hilltop Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Hilltop, WV.
Born June 09, 1919 at Sullivan, WV she was the daughter of the late Wilbur and Martha Feazell Hawkins.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. England was a member of the Apostolic Holiness Church, Oak Hill.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis F. England; daughters, Jo Ann England and Della Pederson; and sisters, Dori England, Virgie, Evelyn Stover and Elizabeth Boggs.
Survivors include seven sons, Claude England of Beckley, Benny England and wife, Kathy of Beckley, Melvin England of Oak Hill, Ronald England of Scarbro, Oscar England and wife, Marilyn of Ft. Worth, TX, Gordon England of Crump, TN and Cletus England and wife, Mary of Milton, IN; grandchildren that she raised or partially raised, Danny Yoney and wife, Charlotte of Scarbro, Jane Henderson and husband, Ted of Moultrie, GA, John England and Becky Fowler and husband, Floyd of Burelson, TX; special sister-in-law, Ida England of Mullens; numerous other grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at the Solid Rock Worship Center 112 White Street, Oak Hill with Pastor Greg Hurley officiating Burial will be at Thomas Addition I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Oak Hill. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the church.
