Dorothy Dee Smith Kesler

Dorothy Dee Smith Kesler, age 74 of MountHope, WV, passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D C. Born October 8, 1935 at Denver, Colorado she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Socorro Mascarenas Smith. Dorothy was employed with the Maryland County Board of Education and was was a member of the Mt. Hope Wesleyan Church. Surviving are,her husband, Gary Ribble Kesler, her son, Jonathan Kesler and his wife, Jeaann of Mt. Hope, two daughters, Elizabeth Kesler of Finksburg, Md and Martha Kesler of Salisbury MD. Also surviving are 5 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 15, 2010 from the Tyree Funeral Home Chapel in Mt. Hope with Rev. Richard Midkiff officiating. Burial will follow in High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill, WV. Friends may call at the Tyree Funeral Home, in Mt. Hope on Sunday, February 14, 2010 from 4-6 p.m. Pallbearers will be Jonathan Kesler, Parrish Roth, Tony Pullen, Travis Kesler, Mike Taylor and Mark Romage.
