Dorothy Fay Davis Evans, 71, of Mount Hope, WV died Friday, September 5, 2014 at Hidden Valley in Oak Hill.
Born April 12, 1943 at Clear Creek, WV she was the daughter of the late Holmes and Mary Scarbro Davis.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Telmas E. Evans.
Survivors include four sons, Randall Davis and wife, Samantha of Artie, Thomas Evans and wife, Theresa of Page, Pete Evans of Mount Hope, and Richard Evans and wife, Sara of Maple Fork; one daughter, Theresa Davis of Tennessee; three sisters, Betty Mullins and husband, Mickey, Peggy Holdren and husband, Glen, Lou Ferris and husband, Jake, Clarence Davis and wife, June, Hoppy Davis and John Davis.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 P. M. Monday, September 8, at Tyree Funeral Home Chapel in Oak Hill with Rev. Junior Plumley officiating. Burial will be at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Prosperity. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Monday at the funeral home.
