Doris Jean “Watkins” Fitzwater, age 69, of Scarbro, WV, passed away peacefully on March 26, 2022.
Born October 18th, 1952 in Boone County, WV, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Otis Watkins and Rosa Adkins Watkins.
Doris enjoyed crafting, bingo, and going to flea markets.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her nine siblings and a step daughter; Barbara Klinefelter.
She is cherished by husband, Robert Lee Fitzwater, daughter, Sophia A. Klinefelter-Fitzwater (Ronald), stepson, Sheldon Klinefelter, grandchildren; Katrina Billings (Derik), Amber Fitzwater, and Autumn Smith (Justin), step-grandchild, Shawn Klinefelter, great grandchildren; Jaxon Billings and Madison Billings.
In keeping with her wishes Doris is to be cremated. A Celebration of Life will be at Calvary Baptist Church Friday April 8, 2022 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Greg Swisher officiating. Friends may gather 1 hour prior.
