Donna Diann Meadows O'Brien , 55, of Maple Fork, WV died on Sunday, June 24, 2012 at her home. Born April 05, 1957 at Oak Hill, WV she was the daughter of Betty Lou Underwood Meadows of Maple Fork, WV and the late Oscar W. Meadows She was a homemaker. In addition to her mother, Donna is survived by her husband, Patrick Edward O'Brien and a brother, Clarence Meadows of Dorothy. In accordance with her wishes, Donna was cremated.
