Donna Gail Mahoney Burk , 75, of Scarbro, WV died on Sunday, November 27, 2016 at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV.
Born August 12, 1941 at Huntington, WV she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Cleo Crantz Mahoney.
She was a retired registered nurse for Plateau Medical Center.
Donna was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Beckley.
Sister, Joann preceded her in death.
Survivors include husband, Charlie B. Burk; sons, Charles Michael Burk of Oak Hill and Nathan (Ravon) Burk of Charleston; daughter, Laurie Burk of Scarbro; brother, Donald Mahoney of Virginia; sister, Charlotte Loving of Virginia; grandchildren, Brandon Burk, Madison Burk and Paton Burk; and step grandchildren, Isiah Gordon and Michael Gordon
Funeral services will be on Friday, December 2, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill. Burial will be at Mahoney Cemetery, Carlisle. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home.
