Donald Lyle Wilson

Donald Lyle Wilson , 86, of Oak Hill, WV died on Wednesday, May 09, 2012 at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV. Born November 12, 1925 at Lawton, WV he was the son of the late Howard J. and Alma Blosser Wilson. He was a retired Inspector for General Motors – Terex with 29 years service. Mr. Wilson served in the US Navy during World War II in both the Atlantic and Pacific theaters. Four brothers, Howard Wilson, Carson Wilson, Joe Wilson and William "Bill" Wilson and two sisters, Rosemary Wilson and Jean Bowling all preceded him in death. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be on Monday, May 14, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev. Ronald E. Ray officiating. Burial will be at Huse Memorial Park, Fayetteville. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Sunday, May 13, 2012 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
