Dillis Allen Payne, Sr., age 67, of Oak Hill, passed away at Raleigh General Hospital on Friday, January 25, 2019.
Born December 4, 1951 in Fayette County, WV, he as the son of the late Junior and Verle Wriston Payne.
Dillis was a former factory worker and electrician and was a veteran having served with the US Army.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Dillis Allen Payne, Jr. of Michigan, Ryan Chase Payne of Hilltop, Natasha Fleshman and husband Jimmy of Mount Hope, Crystal Lowery of Hilltop and his former spouse, Sharon Massey of Hilltop Also surviving are his sister Kay Smith and husband David, of Oak Hill; his brothers, Terry Kelley and wife Dreama and Joe Kelley all of Scarbro, Larry Kelley of Lincoln Park, Michigan.
Dillis will be cremeated and a memorial service will be held later.
