Delma June Hunley Skaggs , 82, of Lochgelly, WV formerly of Kilsyth, WV died on Monday, March 21, 2016 at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV.
Born October 07, 1933 at Elton, WV she was the daughter of the late Belfer Weston and Chlora Duncan Hunley.
She was a Homemaker for Own Home. Mrs. Skaggs was a member of the , , , .
She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Henry Skaggs; sons, Gerald Skaggs and Don Skaggs; and daughters, Connie Raines, Judy Bragg, Norma Skaggs and Barbara Ellen Skaggs.
Survivors include son, Samuel Lee Skaggs of Lochgelly and several grandchildren.
Graveside rites will be on Friday, April 1, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at Stanaford Cemetery. Burial will follow.
