Debra Kay Wriston Johnston , 56, of Kincaid, WV died on Sunday, January 19, 2014 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. Born March 21, 1957 at Oak Hill, WV she was the daughter of Patsy Fridley Dorsey of North Carolina and the late Gilbert Ray Wriston, Sr. Debra was a member of the Page Baptist Church. She was a homemaker. A brother, Gilbert Wriston, Jr. and a grandson, Jeremy Johnston Naylor preceded her in death. In addition to her mother survivors include her husband, Wilburn Sylvester "Jug" Johnston; one son, Jeremy Johnston and wife, Lisa of Page; two daughters, Terri Stanley and husband, Keith of Kincaid and Angela Rollins and fiance' Dan Francis of Kincaid' two brothers, Steven Wriston, Sr. and wife, Sherry of North Carolina and Jerry Wriston and wife, Machell of Pennsylvania; and four sisters, Nancy Johnston of Kincaid, Rita Craigo and husband, James of North Carolina, Kim Stover and husband, Mike of Robson and Becky Damron of Kincaid. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, Kelly, Brianna, Kevin, Alexis, C.W., Phoenix, Christian, Issac and Colton. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Pastor Delmas Wolfe officiating. Burial will be at Johnson Family Cemetery, Johnson Branch. Friends may call two hours prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
