Debra D. Fugate Adkins

Debra Diane Fugate Adkins , 55, of Scarbro, WV died on Saturday, May 14, 2011 at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV. Born April 20, 1956 at Oak Hill, WV she was the daughter of the late Daniel "Buck" and Mary Katherine Blethen Fugate. Mrs. Adkins was a member of the Lifebridge Assembly of God, Oak Hill and a homemaker. Sisters, Linda Gay Fugate, Brenda Gail Fugate amd Nettie Katherine Fugate preceded her in death. Survivors include her husband, Earl C. Adkins, one daughter, Kimberly Lynn Miller and fiance, Michael Fitzwater, sister, Donna Fugate and half-sister, Martha Ann Saplak. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Meleea Danielle Miller and Levi Buck Miller. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at the LifeBridge Assembly of God, 1513 East Main Street in Oak Hill with Rev. Joe Hoggard officiating. Burial will be at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Prosperity. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Tuesday, May 17, 2011, from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the church.
