Deborah Lynn Brooks

Deborah Lynn Light Brooks, 71, of Oak Hill, WV died on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV.

Born April 27, 1952 in Oak Hill, WV, she was the daughter of the late Willie A. Light and Pauline Arnold Light.  

She was retired from Krogers and attended Solid Rock Worship Center in Oak Hill, WV. 
 Survivors include one son, Christopher Brooks and grandson, Carter Brooks of Dayton, OH and one brother, Jerry Light of Richmond, VA.

A memorial service will be on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 11:00 am at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Fayette Heights, WV with Wayne Johnston officiating.  Her ashes will be interred at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill, WV.
