David Michael Kerby

David Michael Kerby, 46, of Wilmington, NC formerly of Oak Hill, WV died on Thursday, September 07, 2006 at his home. Born March 28, 1960 at Charleston, WV he was the son of Mary G. Kerby of Oak Hill, WV and the late Frederick A. Kerby. He was self employed. Survivors include one brother, J. Frederick Kerby and wife, Paige of Fredericksburg, VA; four sisters, Denise M. Kerby of Montgomery, WV, Christine Bloss of Charleston, WV, Rebecca Coleman and husband, Martin of Oak Hill, WV and Cassandra Newman and husband, Frank of Fredericksburg, VA. Also surviving are eight nieces, two nephews and numerous cousins. Visitation will be held at Sts Peter and Paul Catholic Church on Friday, September 15, 2006, beginning with a Christian Wake Service at 6:30 PM. Family and friends may then call from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A Funeral Mass will be on Saturday, September 16, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at Sts Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Oak Hill with Father Paul Yuenger officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill WV. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Sts Peter and Paul Catholic School, 123 Elmore Street, Oak Hill WV 25901, Hospice of Southern West Virginia, PO Box 1472, Beckley WV 25802 or the charity of your choice.
