David Randall Carter

David Randall Carter , 61, of Sophia, WV died on Friday, January 10, 2014 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV. Born October 27, 1952 at Beckley, WV he was the son of the late Woodrow Wilson and Uma Myrtle Cook Carter. He was President/Owner for AM Star Ambulance Company. He served in the US Air Force during Vietnam Era. He was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Lynn Green. Survivors include his wife Elizabeth Faith Treadway Carter and two daughters, Diana Pultz of Mount Hope and Candice Carter of Sophia. Mr. Carter was cremated.
