Darrell E. Hinkle

Darrell Eugene Hinkle, 62, of Hilltop, WV died on Thursday, September 13, 2007 at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV. Born October 08, 1944 at Oak Hill, WV he was the son of the late Roy H. and Gladys Pennington Hinkle. He was a diabled machinist for Gunter's Electric in Beckley. Mr. Hinkle was a member of the Full Gospel Church at Sun. He was preceded in death by his brother, Donald Hinkle. Survivors include wife, Margie Lou Hagee Hinkle; three sons, Darrell Hinkle, Jr. and wife, Tammy of Charleston, WV, Billy Gene Hinkle and wife, Shannon "Little Hef" of Glen Jean, WV and Roger Hinkle and companion, Evie of Kilsyth, WV; three daughters, Elva Fox and husband, Joe of Gatewood, WV, Lulu Bailey and husband, Marty of Daniels, WV and Cindy Hinkle of Hilltop, WV; five brothers, Eddie Hinkle and wife, Elaine of Michigan, Marvin Hinkle and wife, Wanda and Wayne Hinkle and wife, Marie all of Oak Hill, WV, Roger Hinkle and wife, Kitty of Morgantown, WV and Kenny Hinkle of North Carolina and four sisters, Karen Dotson of Ohio, Barbara Hinkle of Virginia, Joyce Stover and husband, Johnny of Kilsyth, WV and Eleanor Jarrell and husband, Bill of Oak Hill, WV. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren including special grandsons, B.K. and Patrick "Bozo" Hinkle who lived with him at Hilltop and by one great grandchild. Services will be on Monday, September 17, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill in Oak Hill. with Rev. Joan Terry officiating. Mr. Hinkle will be cremated following the service. Friends may call at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Monday from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 PM.
