Craig Edward Stiegelmeyer, 72, of Oak Hill, WV passed away Saturday, November 10, 2018 at The VA Medical Center in Beckley, WV.
Born October 17, 1946 in Toledo, OH he was the son of the late Roy Edward and Mable Viola Albright Stiegelmeyer.
Craig was a boiler operator for Metal Alloy Plant and was a proud United States Army Veteran having served in the Vietnam War.
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving and devoted wife, Linda Malashevich Stiegelmeyer; daugher, Tricia Lynn Aliff; step daughter, LouAnn Stover Cyrus (Dwayne); three grandchildren, Amanda, Haley, and Devin; four step grandchildren, Jonathan, Jacob, Phillip, and Shane; great granddaughter, Gwendolyn; a brother, Mark Albright; two sisters, Sandy Springman, and Carren Jones; and three nieces.
In keeping with Craig's wishes his body was donated to science to The West Virginia University Health Science Center and will be cremated after. A memorial service will be 1:30 P.M. Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Tyree Funeral Home with Chaplin Paul Bricker officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family asks donations of sympathy be made to The West Virginia University Health Science Center, Human Gift Registry, 1 Medical Center Drive #1000, Morgantown WV, 26506.
