Cora E. Coffman

Cora Elizabeth Ayers Coffman , 62, of Minden, WV died on Monday, December 03, 2007 at her home. Born August 29, 1945 at Iriquois, WV she was the daughter of the late Elbert and Malinda Altice Ayers. She was a Christian and a homemaker. Mrs. Coffman was preceded in death by her son, Jackie Coffman, II; one sister, Violet Ayers and three brothers, Orville Ayers, Raymond Ayers and Charles Ayers. Survivors include husband, Jackie Coffman; three daughters, Sherry Coffelt and husband, Rob of Oak Hill, Angela Coffman of Minden and Annetta Coffman of Minden, WV; daughter-in-law, Sandy Coffman of Minden; sister, Gloria Adkins of Fayetteville and two brothers, Harry Ayers of Beckley and James Ayers of Fayetteville. She is also survived by grandchildren, Jillian Lynch, Jackie Coffman, III, Morgan Kincaid, Dalton Kincaid, Branson England, Nikolas England, Bren Coffelt and Eddie Coffelt; great grandchildren, Dietrick Penn, Samiah Lynch and Jayla Lynch, many nieces, nephews and friends and her cat of 14 years, Iddy Girl. A memorial service will be on Friday, December 7, 2007 at 3:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with a eulogy by George Shuff. Friends may call one hour prior to the service Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Southern West Virginia, PO Box 1472, Beckley WV 25802.
