Claude Wayne Johnson , 63, of Oak Hill, WV died on Friday, September 19, 2014 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV.
Born July 09, 1951 at Baltimore, MD he was the son of the late Johnny and Nellie Hawkins Johnson.
He was a former Chef for the Sand Dollar Restaurant, Mayport, FL.
A daughter, Mellissa Johnson preceded him in death.
Survivors include two sons, Jason Wayne Johnson and wife, Angela of Oak Hill and Jacob Wayne Johnson and wife, Shannon of Hilltop; daughter, Lisa Prunest and husband, Jeff of Maple Fork; several brothers and sisters and five grandchildren
Mr. Johnson was cremated. The family will hold a private service at a later date.
