Clara K. Stegel

Clara Kate Zink Stegel, 87, of Oak Hill, WV died Saturday,November 11, 2006 at her home. Born November 26, 1918 at War Ridge, WV, she was the daughter of the late Harry Bernard and Sue Brown Zink. Clara was the last surviving member of her family. She enjoyed painting and talking on the phone with friends. Her husband, Jacob Jack Stegel; a daughter, Gloria Jean Bozo; son, Richard Lee Stegel; five brothers, Jimmy, Harry E., John, Brainard, Frank Zink and a sister, Blanche Poundstone preceded her in death. Survivors include her special and loving grandson, Jeff Bozo and wife, Tabbatha Bozo, her caregiver; great grandchild, Gloria Sue Bozo; and son-in-law of thirty five years, Elic Bozo, Jr.; also surviving her are four nieces and one nephew. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 14, 2006 at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill, WV. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 14, 2006 at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill, WV with Rev. Ralph Shupe officiating. Burial will follow at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill. Pallbearers will be Elic Bozo, Franklin Lambert, Josh Hornsby, Steve Gruenberg, Debbie Maynor, John Alexander.
