Clara Falk

Clara Ann Rhodes Falk, 66, of Bradley died Friday, July 11, 2003 at Raleigh General Hospital, Beckley, WV. Born April 28, 1937 at Price Hill she was the daughter of Dorothy Ann Staples of Bradley and the late Johnny Greer. Mrs. Falk was preceded in death by a half-brother, Arthur Mack Staples; grandmother, Clara Dwier; nephew, Brian Mack Staple and a stillborn daughter, Trudy Marie Falk. She is survived by her husband, Ben J. Falk; a son, John W. Falk of Bradley; daughters, Debbie Akers of Sand Branch, Kim Lanchester and husband, Ron of Beckley and Leanna Poe and husband, Dennis of Texas, a half-sister, Carolyn Cipolar of Charleston; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Graveside service will be 2:00 pm Monday, July 14 at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Prosperity with Rev. Bill Menefee officiating. Friends may call 1 hour prior to the service at the Mausoleum. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge. Pallbears will be Bill Bailey, Rodney MacIntosh, Bill Daywalt, Tom Wills, Joey Cochran and Daniel Mann.
