Charlotte Ann Angle Reese

Charlotte Ann Angle Reese, 78, of Powell, Ohio, formerly of Mount Hope, WV passed away at her home on Saturday, May 9, 2008. Born March 16, 1931 at Beckley, WV, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Thelma Mitchell Angle. Charlotte Ann grew up in Mount Hope, was a 1949 graduate of Mount Hope High School, and attended the Mount Hope Baptist Temple with her parents. She was married for 40 years to the late C. Eugene Reese, they spent their married life in several states including WV, VA, KY, and OH, where they raised their three children. She was a retired Registered Nurse having last worked at Riverside Methodist Hospital where she spent 15 years helping people on the oncology unit. She enjoyed taking care of things, whether that meant watering her tomato plants, feeding the birds, or loving Bear, her dog and loyal companion. Charlotte is survived by her son, Mark Reese and his wife, Vanessa of Santa Clara, UT, her daughters, Sandra Maratea and her husband, Steve of Dublin, OH and Terri Custer and her husband, Galen of Overland Park, KS; grandchildren, Zach, Kyle and Logan Reese, Kate Maratea, and Stacey, Brandon and Clayton Custer. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Dublin Cemetery, Dublin, OH with Father LaCasse officiating.
