Charles Tincher

Charles Edward Tincher, 78, of Fayetteville, WV died on Monday, September 15, 2003 at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV following a sudden illness. Born August 30, 1925 at Fayetteville, WV he was the son of the late Lee B. and Lillie S. Fridley Tincher. Mr. Tincher was a retired carpenter. He was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Tincher Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Glenna Margaret Adkins Tincher Daughters: Karen Lively and husband, David, of Petersburg, VA Phyllis Gilkerson and husband, Robert, Sr. of Gatewood Sister: Shirley Compton of Gatewood Brothers: Roy Tincher of Gatewood Ray Tincher of Gatewood Robert Tincher of Charleston, SC James Tincher of Jonesborough, TN 5 grandchildren: Robert Gilkerson, Jr. and Charles Gilkerson of Gatewood; Steven Gilkerson of Oak Hill; David M. Lively of Norfolk, VA and Stacey M. Lively of Petersburg, VA 3 great grandchildren: Ashley and Ryan Gilkerson of Gatewood and Mandy Robinson of Oak Hill Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Wednesday, September 17, 2003 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Services will be on Thursday, September 18, 2003 at 1:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Rev. Morris Nutter officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill WV.
