Charles F. Rosenecker

Charles F. Rosenecker, 98, of Fayetteville, WV died on Sunday, December 11, 2005 at his home of natural causes. Born October 15, 1907 at Connellsville, PA he was the son of the late Charles Joseph "Pop" and Hannah Fletcher Rosenecker. He was a retired bookkeeper for Long Airdox Corporation, Oak Hill, WV. Mr. Rosenecker was a member of the SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Oak Hill, WV, where he had been a greeter for 20 years. He was a resident of Fayetteville for almost 64 years. His wife, Mildred Theresa Decker Rosenecker; two sisters, Cecelia Rosenecker and Margaret Franko and one brother, Malachi Rosenecker all preceded him in death. Survivors include daughter, Mary Theresa Rosenecker of Fayetteville, WV; one son, Charles N. "Chip" Rosenecker of Fayetteville, WV; one brother, Arthur "Art" Rosenecker and one sister, Anna T. "Honey" Hearn both of Buffalo, NY; two grandchildren and one great grandchild and by several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Oak Hill, WV on Tuesday, December 13, 2005, from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM with prayer service at 8:30 P.M. Mass of Christian Burial will be on December 14, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. at SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church with Father John P. McDonough officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill WV.
