Charles A. Hall

Charles A. Hall, 71, of Mossy, WV went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 23, 2008 at his home. Born January 13, 1937, at Mossy, WV, he was the son of the late Charley E. and Vivian Stover Hall. He was a member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church at Mossy. Mr. Hall was retired from Milburn Colliery Co. at Milburn. He was a member of the UMWA Local #7086 of District #17 where he was their Chaplain and he was also a graduate of Kingston High School. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother. Survivors include his wife, Marilyn Buckland Hall; a daughter, Cathy Stover and husband, Randy of Mossy; two sons, Charles Hall, Jr. and wife Jeanine of Christiansburg, VA, and Mike Hall and wife, Kerry of Greensboro, NC; three grandchildren, Adam Hall of Stafford, VA, Ashley Hall of Christiansburg, VA and Megan Stover of Mossy; three sisters, Deloris Waugh of Wheeling, Josephine Weeks of Triadelphia, and June Shroyer of Mossy; and nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with burial to follow at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill. Friends may call Monday, May 26, 2008 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Mike Arrington, Dale Payne, Mark Aliff, Charles Hall, Jr., John Waugh and Shawn Kinsler.
