Charles M. Debusk

Charles M. DeBusk, 88, of Beaver, WV formerly of Oak Hill, WV died on Monday, June 18, 2007 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV. Born January 02, 1919 at Washington County, VA he was the son of the late Ira and Eunice Greer DeBusk. He retired from the Long-Airdox Company in Oak Hill after 44 1/2 years service. Mr. DeBusk attended the Oak Hill Baptist Church. He was a World War II US Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Margaret VanHuss DeBusk. Survivors include two sons, Charles "Chuck" DeBusk and wife, Beth of Minneapolis, MN and Gerald DeBusk of Seven Devil, NC; three sisters, Ethel Campbell of Damascus, VA, Ruby Tinker of Florida and Opal Bryan of Kingsport, TN; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Wednesday, June 20, 2007 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, June 20, 2007 at 7:30 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Rev. David Sneed officiating. A visitation will also be held on Thursday, June 21, 2007 at Forest Hills Memory Gardens Mausoleum, 19415 Lee Highway, Abingdon, VA from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM followed by graveside rites and committal service at 1:00 PM with Pastor John Stapleton officiating.
