Chalmers Roles

Chalmers A. Roles, 86, of Oak Hill, WV died on Friday, July 06, 2007 at his home. Born September 30, 1920 at Fireco, West Virginia, he was the son of the late James Andrew and Nadine Meadows Roles. He was preceded in death by his wife, Priscilla Feazell Roles on May 13, 1996. He was retired and a World War II Army veteran. Survivors include three daughters, Priscilla Pope of Charleston, WV, Rita Roles of Gaithersburg, MD, and Drema Srednicki of Rt. 1, Fayetteville, WV; one son, William Vance of Satellite Beach, FL; six grandchildren of which two live here, Lori Hogan and Beth Srednicki. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday, July 9,2007 at Tyree Funeral Home Chapel, Oak Hill with Rev. Harry Fuller officiating. Burial will follow at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
