Cecil Wagner , 84, of Oak Hill, WV died on Thursday, March 31, 2011 at his home. Born October 27, 1926 at Page, WV he was the son of the late Taylor and Blanche Chitwood Wagner. Cecil was a retired coal miner. He was a World War II US Army veteran and a member of the American Legion and the U.M.W.A. His wife, Addilue Evon Harding Wagner, stepdaughter, Louanna Vest and a sister, Polly Dawes preceded him in death. Survivors include two stepsons, Michael Wayne Woodrum and wife, Michelle of Fort Lauderdale, FL Richard Dale Woodrum and wife, Brenda of Mt. Nebo, three sisters, Lillian Simpson of New Philadelphia, OH, June Hurst of Hines and Brenda Ordonez of Ft. Myers, FL, seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren as well as good friends, Thomas Wimmer and Vickie Poff. Graveside rites and committal services will be on Saturday, April 2, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Prosperity with Pastor Bill Parker officiating and military graveside rites by Oak Hill VFW Post #3110.
