Carolyn Yvonne Wilson

Carolyn Yvonne Wilson, 75, of Fayetteville, passed away on Thursday, November 7, 2024 at Bowers Hospice House surrounded by her loving family. 

Born March 26, 1949, at Oak Hill, she was the daughter of the late Jess Gail and Christine Dorcas (Barney) Davis. 

Carolyn was a former florist for Kroger. In her leisure, she enjoyed bowling, traveling, loved going to the lake and beach. She loved her family, cats, and dogs. 

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by two brothers, Mike Davis and Jess (Sam) Davis. 

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Donnie Wilson; three sisters, Janey Vest (Homer), Rosemary Williams (James), and Shirley Grant (Bruce); one brother, Tucker Davis (Norma); niece, Alicia Humphries (Luke) and their daughter, Mia; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. 

Please join us as we gather to celebrate the life of Carolyn, 5:00 P.M., Saturday, November 16, 2024 at the Historical Oak Hill Elementary School 140 School Street, Oak Hill, WV 25901.  

We invite family, friends, and all those whose lives Carolyn touched to join us for an evening of remembrance.
