Carol Foster

Carol Ann Rinehart Foster, 70, of Oak Hill, died Friday, January 8, 2010, at home. Born April 27, 1939 at Elk Ridge, she the daughter of the late Chester and Mabel Nine Rinehart. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, Oak Hill. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold B. Foster; brother, Clifford Rinehart; sister, Allison Mills; stepdaughter, Charlotte Rhodes. Survivors include a son, Mark Foster of Salem,VA; Denise Maiolo of Oak Hill; stepdaughter, Martha Foster; grandchildren, Gabriel Maiolo, Elizabeth Maiolo; step grandchildren, Debbie and Tammy. Graveside Rites will be 11:00 A. M. Monday, January 11, 2010, at High Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum, Oak Hill with the Rev. Roy Crist officiating. Burial will be in High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill.
