Carmen L. Walton

Carmen Leigh Gay Walton, 49, of Lochgelly, WV died on Tuesday, April 15, 2008 at St. Mary's Medical center in Huntington, WV. Born December 22, 1958 at Decota, WV she was the daughter of the late John Floyd and Earnestine Burgess Gay. Mrs. Walton was a member of the Baptist faith and attended a Pentacostal church and was a homemaker. A brother, James E. Gay preceded her in death. Survivors include husband, Ellis "Doc" Walton; one son, Samuel Adam Walton, Sr. and wife, Tiffany of Oak Hill; one brother, John Gay of Oak Hill; four sisters, Shirley G. Evans of St. Albans, Mary Frances Hostetter of Oak Hill, Anna McCormick of Hurricane and Sandra Hodge of Arkansas and by three grandchildren, Sulyna Goodson, Lilly Walton and Samuel Adam Walton, Jr. all of Lochgelly. Services will be on Saturday, April 19, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Rev. Joe Cuthbertson officiating. Burial will be at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Oak Hill WV.
