Carlos Larry Pruitt , 75, of Harper, WV died on Monday, August 11, 2014 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV.
Born June 29, 1939 at Mount Hope, WV he was the son of the late Carl S. and Florence Miller Pruitt.
Larry was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Joy Woolwine Pruitt; sons, Carlos Larry Pruitt, Jr. and Adam Pruitt, both of Texas; and two sisters, Betty Cox of Hodgenville, KY and Margaret Nottingham of Kilsyth.
Funeral services will be on Thursday, August 14, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, in Mount Hope with Rev. David Sneed officiating. Burial will be at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Prosperity.
Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Mount Hope on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
