Carlos Larry Lively

Carlos Larry Lively, 57, of Cirtsville, WV died on Saturday, October 28, 2006 at the home of his companion, Judy Smith in Glen Jean, WV. Born October 15, 1949 at Cirtsville, WV he was the son of Kathleen Lafferty Lively-Pitrowski of Maple Fork, WV and the late Carlos Woodrow Lively. He was a disabled coal miner. Two brothers, Gary and Lee Lively and a sister, Carol Allen preceded him in death. Survivors include one daughter, Christy Lively Williams and husband, David of Oak Hill, WV and her mother, Lillian Mathews of Oak Hill, WV; three sisters, Delores Pennington of Beckley, WV, Nancy Roles of Fayetteville, WV and Linda Lively of Maple Fork, WV; four grandchildren, David Carlos Williams, Caitlin Julie Ann Williams, Jeremiah McClure Williams and Jared James Williams all of Oak Hill, WV and his companion, Judy Smith of Glen Jean, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Wednesday, November 1, 2006, from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Elder Fuller G. McClung will officiate graveside rites and committal service on Thursday, November 2, 2006 at 1:00 P.M. at the Lively Cemetery in Cirtsville, WV with burial to follow.
