Carl Henry Robinson

Carl Henry Robinson, 74, of Oak Hill, WV passed away Friday, Aug. 18, 2006, at the Plateau Medical Center, Oak Hill, following a short illness. Born April 27, 1932, at Clifftop, WV he was the son of the late Ralph W. and Georgia Moody Robinson. Mr. Robinson was retired from Sears Company as a service technician. He was a member of the Oak Hill Gospel Tabernacle at Oak Hill, and was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was preceded in death by his brother, Paul Robinson and a sister, Oreta Robinson Smith. Survivors include his wife, Annie Lorraine Reynolds Robinson of Oak Hill; a son, Carlton Robinson and wife Sherry of Wise, Va.; a daughter, Stephanie Warren and husband Neal of Rt. 1, Fayetteville, WV; a brother, Charles M. Robinson of Hico, WV; a sister, Rosella Haney of Clayton, Mich.; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, August 22, 2006, at the Oak Hill Gospel Tabernacle, with the Rev. Robert Isaacs and Rev. Allen Gallimore officiating. Entombment will follow in the High Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum at Oak Hill. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday, August 21, 2006, at the Tyree Funeral Home at Oak Hill.
