Bonita Lea Bunting, 67, of Victor passed away Monday, August 1, 2016 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.
Born on May 18, 1949 at Victor, WV to the late Hubert Bickford and Doris Dix Ekstein.
Bonita was a Home Health caregiver.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Bunting, Sr.; one brother; William “Butch” Neal, special nephew, Jon David Cooper, her stepfather, Raymond Ekstein, and her very special friend Ruth Bennett.
Those left to cherish her memory include two daughters, Jerri Miller Skaggs and husband, Tim of Richwood, and Dixie Miller Workman and husband, Ernie of Victor; one stepson; Terry Bunting, Jr. of Rye, TX; beloved dog Daisy whom she loved dearly; one sister; Cheryl Bartels of Farfield, OH; and brother; John Ekstein of Fairfield, OH.
Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Friday, August, 5, 2016 at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev. Tim Skaggs officiating. Burial will follow at Restlawn Memory Gardens in Ansted. Visitation for friends will be one hour prior to service.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
