Bobby Ludine Payne

Bobby Ludine Payne, 71, of Hilltop passed away on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at his residence.

Born December 16, 1952 in Wilmington, Delaware he was the son of the late Morris and Vivian White Payne.

Bobby was a proud United State Air Force Veteran working as a Military Police Officer, he also worked as a contractor, and in his leisure he enjoyed hunting, fishing, ATV riding, shooting guns, and anything that had to do with the outdoors he was a true outdoorsman. He also enjoyed spending time with his family.

Those left to cherish his wonderful memory include his loving wife, Pearl England Payne; sons, Bobby Lee Payne (Kelly) and Joe England (Brittany); 10 grandchildren, Jacob, JD, Allie, Mia, Lea, Emilee, Brianna, Ryan, Jaden, and Meghan; one great grandchild on the way; and a brother, Glen Payne.

In keeping with Bobby's wishes he will be cremated with no service at this time.
