Billy Eugene Williams , 53, of Hilltop, WV died on Monday, March 28, 2011 at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV. Born June 07, 1957 at Oak Hill, WV he was the son of the late Dallas Aaron and Patricia Ann Ferris Williams. He was a laborer for Mountaineer Stone. Billy was a graduate of Mount Hope High School. A brother, Dallas Cecil Willliams preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, Anita Kay Pennington Williams, two sons, Nathan Pennington of Cirtsville and Landon Pennington of Hilltop, daughter, Priscilla Williams of Hilltop, three sisters, Lena Ruff of Oak Hill, Christina Garrison of Pax and Crystal Allen of Pax and three grandchildren, Kaylen Harper, Jewelian Pennington and Kolton Pennington. Also surviving are his in-laws, Dolly Hicks of Oak Hill, Robert Pennington of Oak Hill and Walter Pennington of Fayetteville. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at Pax Community Church in Pax with Rev. Dwayne Williams and Rev. Darrell Ewing officiating. Burial will be at Pax Community Cemetery. Friends may call two hours prior to the service on Wednesday at the church.
