Billy Robert Cox , 67, of Oak Hill, WV died on Sunday, February 15, 2009 at Hilltop Center in Hilltop, WV. Born August 25, 1941 at Hicks, WV he was the son of the late Elmer and Eliza Ellen Bragg Cox. Mr. Cox was disabled. Two brothers, Paul M. Cox and David E. Cox and one sister, Mary Smith preceded him in death. Survivors include two sisters, Frances Williams Johnston and husband, Herman of Oak Hill and Ann Shifflett and husband, Junior of Lovettsville, VA Services will be on Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev. Eugene Blankenship officiating. Burial will be at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Oak Hill WV. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
