Billie Francis O’Dell born May 24,1931 in Clay County WV Has went to be with the Lord after a long illness on Saturday, October 2, 2021.
He is Proceeded in death by his parents Clayton & Ruby O’Dell & Several Siblings , His wife Mary Lee & Daughter Debora Gale.
Billie was a sergeant in the US Army and was a Veteran of the Korean War, He proudly served his Country from 1950-1957. He was a WV coal miner and worked as a mechanic at Cape Canaveral in his younger years He retired from Duff Norton, Charlotte NC in 1996
He is survived by 2 sisters, Peggy Bailey & Kathy Hill, both of Florida; His Daughter, Cheryl & her husband Ronnie Morris of Oak Hill, WV, His Son, Gregory & his wife Shelley O’Dell of Winter Springs Florida; 4 Grandchildren, Michelle O’Dell, Rhonda Morris , Alex O’Dell & Brandon O’Dell; 7 Great Grandchildren; & 3 Great-Great Grandchildren.
He will be sadly missed by all
Visitation for family and friends will be Thursday, October 7, 2021 at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill, WV from 11:30AM to 12:30PM.
Graveside Rites will follow at 1:00 PM Thursday, October 7, 2021 at Huse Memorial Park in Fayetteville, WV.
