Beulah F. "Booie" Smith

Beulah "Booie" Frances Miller Smith, 97,formerly of Oak Hill, WV died on Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at a New Albany, IN care center following a long illness. Born August 11, 1912 at Ronceverte, WV she was the daughter of the late Charles E. and Orpha Kincaid Miller. Mrs. Smith was a member of the Oak Hill First Presbyterian Church and Garden Club. She was a homemaker. Her first husband, Cecil H. Treadway; second husband, Charlie W. Smith; three sisters, Mildred Burgess, Beatrice Ross and Louise Jordan and three brothers, Julis Miller, Russell Miller and Charles Miller preceded her in death. Survivors include her son, Cecil "C.R." Treadway and wife, Patricia “Patty” Bowyer Treadway of Clarksville, IN; one sister, Betty Gaye Legg of Oak Hill; two grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Services will be on Saturday, July 3, 2010 at 2:30 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Pastor Paul Neil officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill.
