Betty Lee Wolfe

Betty Lee Clifton Wolfe , 77, of Oak Hill, WV died on Monday, June 09, 2008 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV. Born September 19, 1930 at Fayette County, WV she was the daughter of the late Donald and Verna Rainey Clifton. Mrs. Wolfe was a member of the Gentry Baptist Church at Sanger and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Robert Wolfe and a sister, Norma Jean Elder. Betty so enjoyed and loved her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her family of three sons, Gary Wolfe and wife, Betty of Mount Hope, Larry Wolfe and wife, Becky of Hernshaw and Christopher Wolfe of Oak Hill; two daughters, Candace Strange of Oak Hill and Karen Weir of Summerville, SC; one brother, Ronald Clifton of Mooresville, IN; twelve grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Services will be on Wednesday, June 11, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Rev. Michael Kessinger officiating. Burial will be at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Oak Hill WV. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Jacob Wolfe, Kyle Wolfe, Clifton Strange, Lucas Weir, William Wolfe, Jordan Strange, Zachary Weir and Gary Wingrove.
